Christian’s artistic vision was further shaped by the cinematic landscapes of Japan, drawing from the elegance of Ozu, the precision of Kurosawa, and the poetry of Miyazaki. Yet, he also found inspiration in the grittiness portrayed by directors like Anno, Tsukamoto, and Fukasaku.

His acclaimed short films, including “REDSHIFT,” “BOOMBOX (THE GOD OF THE DANCE),” and “DREAMING VINCENT” (2024), have garnered an impressive tally of 50 international awards.

These works explore the intricate interplay between technology’s intelligence and human emotions, a recurring theme that forms the cornerstone of Christian’s storytelling.
