Talbot gained international recognition with Silenced: As Mercury Rises, a powerful documentary that won 21 awards worldwide in 2021. His latest film, INactive: America’s Silent Killer, released in July 2024, has already amassed over 32 awards, further solidifying his status as a leading independent creator. A newly edited short version of Silenced, titled Intoxicated, continues to earn global acclaim.

A key figure in INactive is Robert F. Kennedy Jr., now serving as the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Resources. Kennedy shares Talbot’s mission to promote wellness and combat health crises, forging a strong alliance between them. Their collaboration has led to an upcoming sequel to INactive and additional projects tackling major public health challenges. Kennedy is also featured in Intoxicated, a short film produced by Dr. Derek Guillory, exposing the dangers of environmental toxins and harmful substances in modern food systems.

Talbot’s upcoming project, Waters, Our Last Drop, will explore the global water crisis, addressing pollution, climate change, and water mismanagement. The documentary will highlight Kennedy’s decades-long advocacy for clean water through the Waterkeeper Alliance, the groundbreaking nonprofit he founded.

Beyond filmmaking, Talbot is a global marketing expert and a political advisor to high-level leaders. He is the founder of PHIT Canada, an extension of PHIT America, North America’s largest movement promoting physical activity.

With a career defined by impactful storytelling, Talbot continues to use cinema as a catalyst for education and change, cementing his legacy as one of the top independent creators of 2025.
