Hai Zhang is a distinguished alumnus of Donghua University in China, with advanced studies at the prestigious New York Film Academy. He completed his doctoral program at the School of Philosophy Beijing Normal University, demonstrating a unique blend of academic depth and artistic vision.

Renowned for his creative contributions to the global film industry, Zhang served as the director of Nokia’s iconic campaign “Nokia – Connecting People,” a testament to his ability to craft compelling visual narratives. He is a respected member of the California Film Fund and an active participant in the American Anthropological Association and the American Society for Visual Anthropology. Additionally, he holds the prestigious position of Chairman at the China Jingdezhen International Research Center for Audiovisual Communication.
