Dr. Brandon M. Glover is a distinguished filmmaker, writer, director, producer, and media professional with an extensive background in the entertainment industry. He is best known for his 2022 drama Son of a Preacher Man, a compelling and emotionally resonant film that explores themes of addiction, faith, and redemption. Written and directed by Dr. Glover, the film stars Marquise Lashawn, Destiny Armani, Lachelle Walker, Jermaine Jackson, Merritt Vann, and Rayana Briggs. The story follows Jacob, the son of a local preacher battling a gambling addiction, and Abigail, a high-powered executive whose life takes an unexpected turn after a chance encounter. Dr. Glover’s passion for media and storytelling began in 2008 when he pursued a degree in Media Arts at the University of South Carolina. He further honed his expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, followed by a Doctorate in Business Management from Northcentral University. In 2010, he founded his own entertainment and production company, through which he has developed an impressive portfolio, including major productions such as American Idol (multiple seasons), The Charlie Rymer Golf Show, On These Grounds (Documentary), and Hoarders. His diverse body of work spans promos, commercials, music videos, short narratives, events, and weddings.

Beyond filmmaking, Dr. Glover serves as a youth minister at the Bible Way Church of Atlas Road in Columbia, SC, where he also contributes to the media ministry. He views media as a divine gift and strives to inspire and uplift people worldwide through his work.
